Graduation Party
The fellowship hall is available for community events such as quinceaneras, family dinners, graduation parties, baby showers, funeral receptions, and community meetings so long as our beliefs coincide.
The building is available most days, with the exception of Tuesday morning during the food pantry and with limited availability during class time on Thursday evenings.
Parking is available in the church’s parking lot and in the circle drive nearest to the building. Overflow parking is usually available in the Kanza Medical Center’s parking lot, which is north of the building on 32nd Street. There are steps between this parking lot and ICOA’s building.
Decorations, set-up, tear-down and cleaning are the user’s responsibility. Users will need to bring their decorations, food, drinks, plates, napkins, plastic ware, and cups.
Please NO glitter or confetti of any kind! This includes but is not limited to bows and ribbons with glitter, signs with glitter, crafts that include glitter.
The fellowship hall is a large room that can be arranged to meet the needs of the user.
Multiple 8-foot tables and padded chairs are available for use.
Please talk to us about a recommended donation amount for usage of the fellowship hall.
"The fellowship hall was a wonderful place to hold my retirement party. There was plenty of room for guests to fellowship at the tables or standing in the open areas."
Donations provide food, pantry supplies, diapers, children's faith resources, building expenses, maintenance, curriculum for English and Citizenship classes, community events, and operational expenses.
